How fast can you actually close?

We can close in as little as 14 days if you need to move that fast. Most closings happen within 30 days. Because we pay cash, there's no waiting on bank approvals or financing. If you need more time — say 60 or 90 days — that works too. We build the closing date around you.
Will I get less than market value?

Yes — our offers are typically below retail. That's the trade-off. In exchange, you pay zero agent commissions (that's 6% back in your pocket), zero closing costs, and you don't spend a dollar on repairs. For a lot of sellers, especially those in difficult situations or with properties that need work, the net number ends up close to — or sometimes better than — what they'd walk away with after a traditional sale. How do you come up with your offer?

We look at the property location, current condition, what similar homes are selling for in the area, and what it'll cost us to get it market-ready. We want to make an offer that works for both sides. If our number doesn't work for you, no hard feelings — there's no pressure and no obligation.
Is this a scam? What's the catch?

No catch. We're real estate investors. We buy properties, put in the work to renovate them, and then sell or rent them. We make our margin on the back end after doing the work — not by taking advantage of sellers. Our business only works if the process is honest and straightforward, because referrals are how we grow.
Do I need to clean or make repairs?

Not at all. Leave whatever you don't want to take with you — furniture, appliances, junk in the basement. We buy the house as-is. We handle cleanup and repairs after closing. You just pack what you want and go.
